How to maintain the vertical liquid packaging machine?
When the equipment is shut down, it is necessary to ensure the hygiene of the packaging machine and promptly clean the residual liquid in the pipeline with clean water, otherwise the residual liquid will deteriorate and affect the quality of the next batch of products.
2. Check on time every shift. If there are foreign objects on the cross-section of the heat sealed copper block, they should be cleaned in a timely manner and scaling is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, the thermal conductivity will decrease, and the heat seal cannot be cut properly, resulting in abnormal packaging.
3. If any abnormalities or faults are found during the operation of the packaging machine, the power should be immediately cut off, and the fault should be eliminated before reuse to avoid causing greater losses.
4. During winter production and processing, when the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, it is necessary to use hot water to melt the ice in the quantitative pump pipeline, otherwise it will cause the connecting rod to break or the equipment to fail to start.
5. The thickness of the single piece plastic film applicable to this machine should be within 100 μ m, and the tensile strength, thickness uniformity, and lubrication effect of the film should be ensured. The weight of each roll should be controlled below (720mm) 60Kg. The horizontal heat sealing temperature should be less than 200 ℃, otherwise it may cause poor heat sealing or high bag breakage rate.
